A 501(c)3 organization, CMA was created to spearhead community engagement in the musical performing arts and bolster appreciation for quality musical performances in the Cleburne area.

Under the direction of a 5-member Board of Directors, CMA began with the Chisholm Trail Community Chorale and Cleburne Area Youth Chorus and will continue to grow to offer more opportunities such as recital performances, community instrumental ensembles, and operatic productions, as well as scholarships and local musician support.
